聯發科控告員工洩漏營業秘密-"敗訴" - 離職

手機晶片廠聯發科 (2454-TW) 前員工違反營業秘密一案，台北地院日前做出無罪判決，
前聯發科人力資源部女主管林碧玉被控離職後，另成立人力仲介公司，涉透過當時仍在聯
發科擔任高層的丈夫陳威任挖角公司人才，經聯發科調閱公司內部郵件及電磁紀錄察覺，
對2人提告涉犯營業秘密罪。台北地院審理後，因認為罪證不足，今（26）日將2夫妻判處
無罪，陳威任聆判後激動落淚。
陳威任的律師表示，陳威任被起訴時，即遭違法解僱，獲判無罪將研究提起相關民事訴訟
