育嬰留職停薪的年終獎金 - 公職

我98年1月任職至今,
產假42天請完後剛好是7/31,
接著要請育嬰留職停薪一年,
若我再多請1~3天的事病假(因為休假已請完),
也就是將育嬰留職停薪的起算日延至8/2或8/3、8/6
這樣年終獎金可以多算一個月的比例嗎?
如果可以,不知道留停起算日8/2、8/3、8/6哪天比較好?
