能一畢業就進投行的學生有什麼過人之處 - 金融業討論

台大管院許多人畢業都想進外商，可惜流動性不高，缺並不多
一些學生GPA高，實習也刷很多，英文大部分也不錯
可能學生之間還是會有一些差距，可是應該還是有幾十個人不分上下
再加上還有東方哈佛商學院，有能力應徵的人又多了好幾十人
那究竟在這麼多優秀的人才當中，要怎麼找出合適的人選呢?那些脫穎而出的有什麼過人之處呢?
有沒有人願意分享一下，我沒朋友不知道
