因為對這 方面 不熟悉
拜托大家幫忙看一下，這是畢生積蓄
收到一份蠻不詳細的報價單
想請問一下 專業的版友
有沒有什麼要特別注意的
他主要是室內配置跟 計算法規的部分，比較特別的是他只負責圖的部分，其他的是我跟營造自己討論
這棟建築是2層樓建物，131坪
這份報價單 我比較驚訝的是
四大管線要10萬？太出乎意料了
（這塊沒有機電技師喔~）
2層樓也要做地質探勘？
想知道有沒有需要注意的地方？謝謝
