有朋友A今年分發後發現
該職缺公告本是現缺 於報到後人事室卻說為預估缺
由於A家裡經濟較為困頓 延後就職會有經濟壓力 但礙於主管觀感不敢提出疑問
想請問這是否牽涉信賴保護 應該如何向機關反應較為恰當
由衷感激各位前輩指點
