各位好~ 小弟在五月份加入國貿業 @@
最近開始要寫信給外國客戶....
是這樣的,六月份的時候 美國客戶剛好有櫃要出, 於是就寫信請我們把好的貨物
先出給他, 他再根據我們提供的 Invoice 付款~ 小弟我...在Invoice的項目跟
單價都寫對, 就是在tatal amount的地方寫錯... USD3361 寫成USD3250...
對方的會計部門是依據我提供的Invoice付款... 所以只匯了USD3250...
現在要把Invoice跟 Packing List的正本用EMS寄到美國, 順便寄信給客戶
告知對方, 短少的USD111, 請於下次出貨的時候, 跟下次的貨款一併匯過來...
(客戶是依據每次出貨的金額匯錢...)
我完全沒頭緒要怎麼寫...匯款 短少 這些字都不知道怎麼寫...也不知道用法..
有大大願意打一下給我參考嗎......感激不盡...
用法請盡量客氣一點. 之前經理覺得我寫信的口氣太直接了... Orz
