鴻海集團的親密合作夥伴華為傳出12月將「砍肥貓」,華為創辦人暨總裁任正非點名手機高
階主管「過度給薪」問題,傳將減薪至少15%,並精簡高階主管費用,引發員工熱議。
華為是全球第三大手機廠,也是大陸第一家手機年出貨量突破1億支的業者,相關策略調整

任正非近期對內部談話,示警中國金融危機到來,被視為華為管理參謀部的「藍軍」也同步
