先跟各位前輩說聲抱歉 , 我是手機業的逃兵
做了十幾年手機, 最近幾年逃走了
大家講的都是外在的壓力
稍微講一下內部的壓力

綜合上面各位前輩的討論, 大家應該可以理解
手機是一般人手上最高科技的結晶 , 但是卻蠻便宜的
所以
1. 手機產業, 必須跟的上時代的發展, 需要各式頂尖人才
不論是marketing , HW , SW , AI ..
2. 手機是資本密集, 但是卻賺不到什麼錢
所以老闆要玩手機市場, 要花大錢請一堆人才
還要每年持續投入, 避免沒有跟上新領域
假設 , 老闆希望3年內要轉虧為盈
第一年, 手機沒賺錢, 老闆先拿 主機板, notebook 賺的錢去發薪水獎金
第二年, 手機沒賺錢, 老闆再拿 主機板, notebook 賺得錢來補
第三年, 手機還是沒賺錢, 這下內部批判一定很激烈
總之, 手機幾年內, 一定是一個持續投入, 不會賺錢的無底洞
其他賺錢部門, 可以接受把賺到的錢, 去養手機部門嘛 ?
然後自己年終越來越少 ?
Asus 手機部門壓力, 來自於 板卡 notebook 部門的持續獲利
BenQ/Qisda 的手機部門壓力, 來自於 Monitor 部門持續獲利
Nokia手機部門壓力, 來自於 iPhone 部門獲利
要怎樣說服內部
1. 即使品牌手機不獲利,但是卻可以成為內部其他部門的助力 ?
2. 不賺錢的品牌手機, 要給員工多少分紅呢? 怎樣才留得住人才 ?
3. 其他賺錢部門, 願意share 分紅給手機部門嘛 ??
好像內部問題也不容易啊
