華碩(2357)第1季營收創下近23季新低,估第2季再下滑,華碩董事長施崇棠昨(7)日
坦承,華碩今年營運遭遇逆流,公司痛下決心啟動組織改革,以迎接新的「數位經濟」時
代,未來華碩不再以量取勝,而是要與顧客結緣,產品從賣出才開始。
華碩昨天舉行股東常會,施崇棠表示,面對PC市場持續萎縮,華碩去年每股稅後純益
25.85元,比前年成長12.3% ,算是繳出還不錯的成績單,昨天股東會拍板每股派發現金
股息17元。
不過施崇棠坦承,2017年第1季華碩就感受到逆流與挑戰,但華碩不迴避,大家很有危機
意識,經過董事會及經營團隊「無情的辯論」後,上月底剛宣布組織改造,將集團劃分為
三大產品事業群,除原有「電腦事業群」和「行動運算產品事業群」,新設立「電競電腦
事業群」。
施崇棠解釋,此舉主要是公司的「資源重分配」,華碩過去在平板電腦市場曾有很好的表
現,透過與Google等一流公司合作的淬鍊,培養出不少技術紮實的高手,如今面對整體產
業衰退,華碩把相關資源移到能創造更大價值的地方。
「電競」是PC產業重要的大趨勢,像對手微星是傾公司全力在做電競,華碩本來在電競市
場就占據領先位置,為了確保能繼續遙遙領先,透過組織的獨立切割劃分,務必掌握住這
波電競市場蓬勃成長的契機。
華碩準接班人、策略長徐世昌則指出,華碩曾經歷過大成長,面對PC產業好的時候,許多
作法和態度上都追求「跳得高」,採取擴張方式希望擷取最大機會;如今面對PC市場成熟
,華碩應該更務實,「蹲得低」反而可以得到更好結果,產品線和行銷策略都要追求更精
準。
華碩每年可賣出5,000萬至6,000萬台裝置,過去是「賣斷」,產品賣到消費者手上就結束
;但現在新的數位經濟時代,華碩要用創新建立與其他對手的差異化,不再以量求勝;華
碩要與客戶結緣,產品賣出去才是開始,透過好的消費者體驗,把客戶黏住。
