科技業我覺得操還只是其次
而是科技業變化很快 也許今日是熱門公司
過個一兩年 產品世代一更迭 馬上就變成一蹶不振的公司
連Intel或微軟這樣的公司 因為沒跟上手持裝置產品
現在也是陷入苦戰當中...板上最夯的台GG又能撐幾年呢????
就算在科技業年薪百萬又如何? 你能確定貴公司在你45歲時還在還一樣風光嗎??
不會因為遇到下波景氣循環金融海嘯 而揮大刀嗎??
年薪100萬從25歲賺到45歲 也不過只賺了2000萬
假如你要活到平均壽命75歲 還有30年要活 你要做什麼??總不可能不吃不喝不生病吧?
中年轉業可沒那麼容易 你要確定你累積的"專業" 是出了貴公司之外還可以用...
(不要跟我說你很會解hold lot 修機台....出了晶圓廠這些可能就沒用了)
如果沒有同性質的公司可以跳 難道要當保全??開計程車???賣雞排???
這樣連工作存活的期望值算下來 年薪一百萬似乎不太夠....
可以好好想想到底多少錢才值得 或是有什麼更好的工作可以找?
畢竟每個人價值觀不同 對錢的需求也不同....
