大家好,我們是一群嘉義大學三年級的學生,
最近因為參加了一個Yahoo!奇摩全國大專院校電子商務創意競賽,
變成了半個行銷人,
由於不是本科系學生對行銷可以說是一竅不通,
於是打從比賽一開始就一直默默的關注行銷版,
像是關於網站商品的行銷、臉書的行銷等,
還有AsanBB版友推薦的品牌行銷學等等一堆粉絲團也都有趁機研究一下下,
但是現在我們遇到的問題除了是臉書的人氣不夠熱絡的問題,
我想這個問題從版上的之前的文章已經給我們很大的幫助了 :)
(真的很感謝有行銷版的存在!)
雖然實際上實行起來還是...
不過最重要的是另一個大問題,
就是現在我們的商品銷售似乎一直跨不出所謂的朋友圈,
跟我們購買的客人都是我們的朋友,
也就是說,我們的商品幾乎沒有陌生人來購買,
不知道有沒有什麼解決辦法呢?
有爬過文,但這類問題好像很少(?)
(也許是我關鍵字下得不夠好...ˊˋ)
*關於商品...
先來說說我們的販售商品吧!
我們販售Oops!巫普寺捲心酥,
簡言之,就是結合抽籤的捲心酥,
因為現在的人們有太多的煩惱、太多的忙碌,
常常因而就忘記感受這充滿樂趣的世界,
我們希望透過吃捲心酥前先抽籤這個小動作,
讓大家可以在這忙碌又煩惱的現代生活增添一點小樂趣!
而且除了捲心酥之外,我們的商品從設計到包裝通通由我們一手搞定。
不過不確定是不是我們販售商品是捲心酥的關係,
雖然我們的主要客戶群鎖定學生族群,
但似乎捲心酥還是太不吸引人了嗎?導致客群無法從朋友跨出去?

從粉絲團來看我們所辦的粉絲好康活動確實替我們拉攏到了許多陌生人潮,
但真正從這邊加入我們粉絲團的人潮並沒有確實替我們帶來了商機,
大概就是按個讚就消失不見了的那類型。
以下是臉書進行中與即將推出的活動
1. 捲心酥好好玩大集合(進行中):
邀請粉絲一起發想捲心酥新玩法,透過粉絲分享新玩法拉攏人氣,粉絲人氣最高者
即可獲得獎品。不過目前似乎沒人參與...
2. 愛媽媽要做出來(即將推出):
只要粉絲們分享為媽媽做的一件事,就可以享有母親節商品半價優惠。
不知道大家覺得這兩個活動可行性與效果如何?會有助於我們跨出朋友圈嗎?
