1.博士的價值只看第一作者,其他掛名的基本上不看,
所以博士畢業3篇SCI,很正常
2.GG這幾年的年薪就是底薪x30,這不是什麼秘密,面試的時候HR就會跟你說了,
所以博士新人33主任工程師,底薪約60000~65000之間,
第一年沒領滿,約130萬
第二年大概就落在180萬左右(考績S)
所以每次看到版上說甚麼博士33年薪250起跳就覺得很好笑.......
不知道這些人是真的GG人嗎?
