要離職主管(公司)可能不讓你離嗎? - 離職

小弟是第一次離職(?)
所以有點怕怕的不確定XD
大月在六月底就有和主管提到要離職，(口頭報告及離職信EMAIL)
離職時間在八月底(因為是簽約的關係所以約到就離職)
也已經和其他公司有談好了。
不過再說了要離職之後主管感覺想要慰留，
雖然我立場表現得很明確(沒有說去哪)
雖然會慰留算是對自己的肯定，
不過之後那間公司是我一直想去的公司，
會怕有什麼差錯不能去@@
主管談加薪或是動之以情(?)
但我擔心的是怕主管不簽離職單應該不會讓我走不掉吧@@
雖然我還是想要好聚好散不想撕破臉，
因為總是會遇的到@@
再請各位告知，
