親人想辭職，適當嗎？ - 薪水

有親人在縣市政府工作（中南部），剛接科長，算一下薪水大約快6萬
一般行政職系非技術類，但因為接的科室比較算幕僚加上業務單位
經常加班到晚上八、九點，假日也常要排班輪值
一年大概可以累積200個小時補休請不完
親人最近懷孕了，跟長官說明但希望能夠繼續打拚
僅說會適當協助，或要她與下面的科員搭配，減輕負擔就好
他老公不是公務員，年收約70多萬，小兩口年收合計約150萬
剛買房子，月付房貸約25000，小孩子預定明年中出生
親人最近覺得受不了，一直說想要辭職，想先當家庭主婦
請問一般行政職系如果辭職，生產之後，或是養個小孩幾年後
還有辦法回來工作嗎？
或是在中南部還能不能找到更好的工作？
