請問大家：
奇美實業的成功有某一部份來自於分紅制度
如果一家只有30人的小公司像許文龍的企業這樣
發給你固定1％的分紅，不用拿錢投資公司
你有分紅權但是沒有財產所有權，
（假設你薪水四萬，每月另外再分到約一萬元上下的分紅）
你們會因為有了分紅，而比沒有拿到分紅之前更努力嗎？
你們會因為多了平均約一萬元的分紅，
而稍微把公司當作自己的嗎？
工作積極度 效率 忠誠度都會因此而上升嗎？
還是分紅前後的工作表現都差不多呢？
這是一個企管方面的問題，還希望多聽聽大家的心聲^^
