針對部份媒體報導指出,台積電調薪幅度往年約介於3~5%,但今年調幅放大,且網路上
爆料指出部份員工加薪幅度高達25%,調薪動作明顯偏坦資淺員工。台積電回應,今年台
積電大部分同仁調薪幅度落在5~10%,調薪幅度是依據個人績效、年資、職等許多條件
而定,無法評論個別案例。
台積電表,公司深植「以人為本」的企業文化,一向重視並鼓勵與員工的雙向交流,致力
以開放型管理模式營造相互尊重的溝通環境。其中,許多具建設性的回饋也促進了公司的
多項創新舉措,例如為支持同仁兼顧家庭照顧及工作發展,我們今年將產假從原先的8周
延長為12周,並規畫假日STEAM兒童營隊,支持台積電員工陪伴子女的教育與成長。
台積電也提供具競爭力的薪資福利,在每季度亦以業績獎金與酬勞(分紅)與全體同仁共
享營運成果,隨著公司業績的持續成長,也都將反映在同仁整體薪酬的成長。今年台積電
大部分同仁調薪幅度落在5~10%,調薪幅度是依據個人績效、年資、職等許多條件而定
