調薪與CP值 - 加班

各位版上前輩好:
請問各位前輩調薪之後您會:
1.私底下問同事調多少?
2.至少有調3~5%就滿意了(是否業界普遍都這樣)
3.如果調得不滿意私底下會問老闆原因?
4.調太少準備閃人
假設原來薪水N調了3%,請問前輩如何去評估這個CP值好不好?
還是只要覺得工作輕鬆不常加班這樣就好了,還是算看看時薪
為多少才去評估CP值,感謝回覆~~
