想請問一般paid day off的天數

一般是落在幾天?

不知道是否跟年資有關?

小弟年資約三年半

精華區比較少討論到這塊

不知道有沒有人願意分享

我們的paid day off有15天 paid sick day off是8天

公司1: PTO 第一年 21天 之後每年加一天 加到35天為止

所以很多人請病假去滑雪;有很多公司沒有明確paid sick day
也就是說,有"無限"的病假可用,只要老闆同意即可

這幾年越來越多的公司也改成"無限"的休假,只需老闆同意
這算是個不友善的政策,因為老闆變守門員,很少人敢請很多假
