第一次接到客戶開過來的遠期信用狀
以下兩點內容不甚清楚
請專業的各位賜教
L/C is exclusive of interest seperate drafts and invoices are required for
principal and interest amount
L/C can be overdrawn to the extent of interest amount
Negotiating bank to certify that the rate of interest for usance period
does
not exceed US dollar prime rate or at Libor Plus 0.50 PCT
P.A.WHICHEVER is lower at the time of negotiation.
