請問合約這兩點在說什麼OQ - 國貿工作討論

如果我們合約上簽的幣別是人民幣，可是你要用美金來付款，
那麼匯款當天所產生的美金匯差，必須由你們負擔。

: If sign contract with the RMB price for pay RMB,you
: pay us RMB 1.17times of above price,we issue 17% VAT
: invoice,you make export customs clearance, and you
: pay the DOC fee and customs clearance fee.

如果我們合約上所簽的幣別是人民幣，你們也是付人民幣，
那麼你所付的金額將會是上述所簽金額的1.17倍，
我們所開的發票金額會另加17%的加值稅，
出口清關程序由你們負責，你們還必須負擔文件費以及清關費。
