請問這個可能算是物連網的東西會成功嗎???
我覺得蠻好奇的...........他們的ideal
因為我今天去看一個房子是富宇建設的他們有類似的東西
但是好像沒有這群工程師的ideal來的好
我對物連網這個東西有點陌生不是很確定是不是像張忠謀所說的
他會是下一件大事@@
而且感覺投入成本不是很高...
我目前手上在新竹有三間透天屋的不良債權已經在進行官司訴訟了
順利了話年底就可以取得全部產權了,成本兩三百
透天的市價大約可以賣到八百~一千多萬
我想選西大路的case把它改成這種有科技感的智慧宅來賣
想賣給園區的工程師,在大遠百商圈的透天三層樓土地就有36P
走路一分鐘就可以到麥當勞,應該不難賣吧!!!!
只要買的人不知道我的取得成本這麼低就可以了 !!!
我想加減賣的八百五,我花一百萬整個拉皮和加蓋,再把它搞得很...."物連網"
的科技宅,應該可以吸引很多園區的人來買!!!
