可能一開始先婉轉的說沒收到L/C，請客人去確認是否已開
也提醒客人交期可能會因為沒收到信用狀而延誤
通常客人聽到"交期延誤"都會滿緊張的
: 2. 如果在不開狀的話 我們將把您的訂單自生產線上移除
: If you didn't open your L/C(或是 If you could not cinfirm your LC situation)
: we will pull out your order from our production line.
Please note the production process will be stopped if we can't receive
your L/C by xxx(時間)
或是
As our company's policy,we can only arrange production after receiving your L/C.
Therefore, hope to receive it as earlier as possible.
這種語氣通常是已經催很久，客人還不開，所以語氣會比較強硬一點

: 另外 開信用狀 式open L/C嗎(那還真白話耶)
Open or issue 都可以
: 以及 "從生產線上移除"裡的"移除"英文要怎麼表達呢?
用stop或pending等"暫停"的意思應該就可以了~
