請幫我看這個印度人是不是在說謊 - 國貿工作討論

最近一個要出阿三的貨,尾款答應要給我已經過一個月了...
有一個多禮拜他都不回信給我,今天我給他下最後通碟,我說
你再不回信,我就要取消這個案子了, 做好的貨我再想辦法另外處理掉..

阿三可能有緊張倒,趕快回信,以下是他回覆:

Why you say like this Payment is being made -
everything is ready but since it was financial year start in
India banks are not doing any Forex transactions.
The payment will be processed by the bank on Tuesday and u
shall receive it by Wednesday

I am not in country and have limited access to internet - hence
no reply.Since this was year ending they were closing accounts -
hence they did not pay yesterday -

第二段明顯是在說謊,他出國都住高級飯店,隨身帶macbook pro, 怎麼可能沒
internet.. 另外貨款一個月前就該匯了,還說啥他們昨天有試著去匯..
呵,還真巧,我今天下最後通碟昨天剛好就有去匯款..騙鬼哦~

第一段他說啥印度銀行年度結算無法匯款海外,這是真的嗎? 還是又找理由推拖?

下週三再沒收到錢,我要看他還有什麼藉口.
