So far we have 4 different approaches to this:

1. Submit a swatch of indigo Empyre denim raw fabric as color standard
for the blue/blk Indigo yarns to incorporate into current fabric.

2. Find a way to achieve a faux “wash effect” on current fabric using
PP or equivalent.

3. Find a way to develop a laminate for cotton denim that will
withstand the denim wash process

4. Find a method of development where denim basecloth can be
stone/enzyme washed to achieve ground color, then laminated-then go thru CMT
process and back to laundry for some sort of PP/equivalent to achieve hi/lo’
s at pkts/seams. Need to discuss with both a laundry and Mill the
possibilities and challenges here.
