請教輪班星人的各位 - 加班

最近拿到一個輪班的offer
薪資還算滿意,年薪1.5M不含加班 (一周工時超過40hrs有加班可以報)
可是輪班工作最顧慮的就是健康的問題,這部分也在面試時跟主管談過,
自己的計劃是想在這份輪班的工作做個兩年後內轉,不想折磨自己身體太久。
公司內轉的制度也算是公開透明,只要別的部門有職缺任誰都可以應徵。
從面試的對談及事後自己google的資訊來看,自己認為內轉是可行的,
所以想要嘗試這份輪班工作。
輪班Schedule如下
12hrs 4on 3off
日班(早8~晚8)
晚班(晚8~早8)
一個禮拜日班,一個禮拜晚班
