請益派駐薪資問題-昆山 - 福利

因先前只有出差(深圳)、並無派駐的相關經驗。
所以這樣的薪資福利也不知道是好還是壞，希望各位幫忙看一下。
派駐地點：江蘇省昆山市
薪資結構：36K NT + 4K RMB，一年五張機票。
食宿：公司全包(含三餐)，單人套房(原則上、實際未知)。
工時：12hr(責任制)
休假及返台假：在當地為月休四天(輪休)。
返台假一次八天(含回台職述一天)。
此為小弟第二份工作，且因無相關產業的經驗、不敢開太高。
也不知道派駐應該要開多少!!
只是在談完薪資後、面試主管就很阿莎力的叫小弟回家準備一下...
導致在回程路上小弟一直疑惑是否是因為把自己開得太便宜了!!!
在這邊麻煩各位大哥大姊、幫小弟看一下這樣的薪資是否OK。
