Title: Formulations in the Drug Life Cycle Management + Switching Careers with

One of the core missions of the EternalOne BioIndustry Club (EBC) is to connec
t bioindustry expats in Taiwan and Taiwanese bioindustry professionals around
the world.
On top of that, we welcome foreigners currently residing abroad who are planni
ng on moving to Taiwan in the near future, or who are just purely interested i
n the bioindustry environment in Taiwan!
As a matter of fact, this month, we will be joined by a foreign professional w
ho is interested in the bioindustry environment in Taiwan - Clement Haeck (PhD
, PharmD, MSc), Researcher at The Population Council, New York City, United St
ates.
The webinar will mainly focus on the formulation process in the drug life cycl
e management, specifically:
Main different types of formulations
Importance of (pre-)formulation in the drug life cycle management
Furthermore, since Clement has switched careers within the bioindustry, he wil
l also share some tips that will come useful when you make the next big step a
nd switch professional paths. This part of the talk will have the following le
arning outcomes:
Identifying and analyzing one’s reasons for career change
Leveraging on one’s skills and interests to maximize career choices
Following the webinar, the EBC will host an online networking event during whi
ch you will be able to meet like-minded individuals within the bioindustry and
discuss various topics of interest.
