最近股市投資市場樂觀,很多人站內信又開始對證券業有興趣,
加上前幾天看到國泰IT的分享文
統一回覆一些問題好了,還是歡迎對追求WLB的人,可以投遞證券業
還是分兩個主題,
1.薪資
獎金發放制度(依據獲利):
2020:15個月(143.99億)
2021:26個月(232.93億)
2022:10個月(120.52億)
目前1-5月獲利已經達50.48億,目前六月份行情真的算是很好,如果持續下去,
今年獎金估計大約10~15個月,幾乎沒有受到不景氣的影響,
甚至今年有機會超越2022
證券業就是很吃景氣,景氣好的話,獎金基本上沒有天花板,
2.技能
證券這邊因為講求穩定為主,追求穩定才是最重要的,
公司很多專案至少都運行10~15年以上,
所以不一定會有機會碰到近5年的新技術
這邊技術部分有點像工廠,原則上沒有特別需要改進的問題,
就不會去大改架構,事情是一體兩面,不用常常學新東西,
可能對未來想要換工作會有風險,
這邊的主管都是技術派,沒有像其他金控那麼離譜,什麼都不會還能當主管
但交易有即時性,所以有時候突發狀況壓力不輸半導體工廠要及時排除

3.底薪計算之前文章有
薪資(本人推估):
大學學歷:起薪40~42K(依據學校等級不同)
碩士學歷:起薪44~46K(依據學校等級不同)
年資一年大約:800,但有些年資太短會不被採計,一年保14個月
舉例:輔大學畢+年資6年=45K
清大碩畢+年資10年=54K
面試實際薪資計算大約差距不到1000,類似科技公司的核薪制度,用公式計算
所以常常會有一些科技業的工程師來面試,月薪一開口就要7~8萬以上,
根本不可能核給你,內部資深工程師大約5~6萬,襄理6~7萬,主管7~8萬
