警臉書酸主管 37次嘉獎考績丙
〔記者劉榮／台北報導〕台北市大安警分局和平東路派出所蔡姓警員，去年被同仁檢舉在
臉書（Facebook）討論區，影射主管領導統御有問題，雖然全年累積37次嘉獎，在派出所
內屬前段班，年度考績卻被打成丙等。
蔡姓員警去年記了35次嘉獎，2次小功，抵掉4次申誡，功過相抵還有37次嘉獎，不久前路
檢破獲液態Ｋ他命，大安分局本週還打算公開表揚，但他去年與同事在臉書私密社群中討
論主管領導統御，被同仁紀錄列印後對話轉呈主管，單位主管當下並未懲處，年終考績公
布時，蔡員才得知考績被打丙；蔡姓警員昨受訪時很低調，強調會尋求考績會平反。
台北市議員李傅中武指出，台北市警局7300多名員警，總計20個外勤單位，去年共有19名
員警考績被打丙，其中10人都是大安分局員警，他認為原因就出自大安分局長張傳忠，要
求各單位至少必須打一名丙等考績。
張傳忠昨表示，要求各單位落實考評，就是不想太鄉愿，考績一定要有鑑別度，才有警惕
作用，蔡姓警員雖然獎多於罰，但「嘉獎並不是考績的唯一標準」，蔡員在網路社群批評
自家主管，已有破壞單位團結之嫌。
