責任制的歷史就不贅述了
早期共體時艱 到現在深值科技業各大小公司
都是利用台灣人負責任 愛拼才會贏的心態
大家網路上罵一罵 但好像情形也沒有比較好
管理階層一樣擺爛 反正決策出錯 下面的人加班就是了 又不必加錢
資深工程師太貴了 砍掉換四個年輕的來 反正花時間就是了
科技業一天工時10小時以上好像變得很合理了 是大家都麻木了嗎
台灣變成科技業制度或管理不良公司的溫床
大家都知道責任制不好 卻還是搶破頭去做責任制 CP值不高的工作
是不是有什麼實際的方法能把這社會的方向導向正途??
