記憶體產業市況好轉,價量齊揚帶動下,記憶體製造廠去年獲利表現亮眼,南亞科
(2408)也延續獲利成長的表現,南亞科今日董事會通過擬提撥員工酬勞4.6億元,平均每
人約17萬人,若合計去年激勵獎金約當28.6萬元,激勵獎金不含端午、中秋以及年終三節
獎金,整體來說,南亞科員工去年平均可領約20個月的薪水,擺脫過去大幅虧損、苦哈哈
的慘況。
同時,南亞科總經理李培瑛也說,今年將大舉徵才,將有300~400人的職缺,其中間接
人員也又是工廠端的生產製造約需要200人,主要要投入20奈米所需,今年也會持續幫員工
加薪、增加獎金。
另外,李培瑛也說,公司也將推出留才的政策,根據專業條件、服務年資等等去考量
,加薪幅度可期,幅度不會太小,一定會有留才的效果,預估將會有500人受惠,至於年度
的調薪在每年7月,今年會持續調薪。
