〔記者洪友芳/新竹報導〕晶圓代工龍頭廠台積電(2330)薪資福利被外界稱羨,但也被
視為賣肝的高壓工作,前年顯示1年內新進員工離職率高達17.6%,受到外界高度矚目,今
新揭露1年內新進員工離職率為15%,年減2.6個百分點,近3年新低。台積電認為,顯示去
年施行的新人關懷措施,如WeCare Survey、新人適應訓練等措施奏效,有助留任新任員
工。
台積電永續報告書今天上線,台積電表示,為確保健康的人才流動率及長期的成長需求,
公司認為員工離職率應維持5%至10%範圍。去年全體員工離職率為6.7%,較前年減少 0.1
個百分點;1年內新進員工離職率為15%,較前年減少2.6個百分點,顯示去年施行的新人
關懷措施,如 WeCare Survey、新人適應訓練等,有助留任員工。
不過,相較2018年、2019年1年內新進員工離職率分別為11%、13.4%,去年即使降為15%,
仍相對為高。
台積電指出,去年年8月起推出WeCare Survey,針對到職1年內的新進同仁關懷其職場適
應狀況,調查內容包含自我效能、角色目標、社交互動及文化了解等面向,每月定期蒐集
回饋,並系統性分析同仁反饋,適時提供必要協助,經過5個月試行,新進同仁適應評估
分數由7.4分上升至7.9 分;同年10月起,直屬主管更可透過線上儀表板及時掌握新進同
仁狀況。今年預計推出線上機器人Bonnie,可快速解答新進同仁問題,協助順利融入公司
生活。
此外,台積電「職場軟實 Z」邀請專業心理諮商師從自身經驗出發,與新人分享壓力調適
、成長型思維,以及面對挑戰與挫折的應對方法,共有近1300人參與直播,課後評分達94
分。為了協助新人早日適應工作與留任,台積電並推出適應訓練等課程。
