某些中小型科技業看起來不重視研發高手的原因是
經營者其實不知道投資做這個會不會賺錢
這點全世界都一樣
台灣科技業變難賺惹是事實
追根究柢造成這巨大落差的還是分紅費用化
明明老闆素質沒變 員工素質也沒變阿
十年前中字輩的可以領兩百萬股票
現在台清交的去GG輪班就一百萬差不多
到底哪個才正常?
我是這麼覺得喇
分紅費用化這東西快十年前就在講惹
等到真的發生之後還繼續撐的人喔
然後再來抱怨慣老闆OOXX的人喔
跟慣老闆比喇
這些人有比較厲害嗎?
