各位大大您們好:
我前幾天應徵一家中南部某上櫃生技藥廠ISO/品保專員,
我本身念的是國立大學食品研究所畢業,
已在食品公司擔任品管研發3年半,
由於是傳統產業,加上碩士學歷,公司讓我掛主任職位。
在傳產待久了,便想換個跑道走醫藥方面,
但我這方面經驗較不足,需要重新培育(面試主管說的)。
面試時,我開的薪資範圍介於32k~35k之間(我不是很懂薪資行情),
面試主管跟我說試用期3個月,薪資32k,
試用期過後,薪資35k,不含任何補助津貼,且須扣6%勞健保,實領約33k。
但每年會調薪3%,不知道是不是真的。
一年保證13個月全薪,如有績效獎金會多0.5個月(13.5個月全薪),
不滿一年就有7天特休。
請問各位大大,這樣薪水會不會開太低啦?
因為我學長說就是你薪水開太低,才會錄取的!
不知道是不是真的如此?所以來請教各位~~~感恩
