各位好:
有朋友問我此間公司的狀況, 請問此現象是否合理?
已經拿到offer, 幾個月前去報到時, 剛報到會簽署"任職人員約定書"
其中藏了 競業禁止條款於裡面, 如下圖所示

請問剛報到每位新人都要簽 兩年競業禁止條款嗎? 合理嗎?
PS: 裡面有說若違反如上條約, 賠償10 倍 年薪
