進到新公司才發現很多雷點 - 工程師

剛入職軟體品保新工作沒多久,觀察下來發現有數點跟原先面試前的認知有明顯差異。
1.流動率超高:
剛進來同一個單位只有我和另一個待不到半年的同仁,聽說在我進來前已經走了4人以上,
過一個月其他單位含HR加起來就走了6~10人,重點是全公司也就30人不到。
2.公司流程混亂:
完全沒有任何交接和有人帶,剛進來就是自己摸、自己亂看,前人留下的東西根本看不懂
,前面負責的人都走光了,問其他單位在職的人也不知道,才進來一個月多大主管趕著把
幾年前開發過的產品拿出來上線,問題是我們都是對那段開發過程都是問號,上線後才一
堆問題,然後把線上問題丟回給我們處理,還有2個新來的資深PM進來不到一個禮拜就閃人
。
3.職稱與實際有差距:
應徵時和錄取的職稱都是掛工程師,但剛到職不到一個月就被交代要帶一下新人,之後有
其他新人來介紹時都被介紹成代理組長,但明明沒掛管理職,領的也是工程師的薪水,甚
至因為因為公司沒流程制度,別的單位常常凹我們這個單位,常常不照正規流程做事,因
為不是真的主管也無法拒絕,上面主管非品保出身無法理解我們單位是要有套正規流程才
好做事,只是一直把事丟下來。
4.團隊人數少:
只有3人,基本上都是達到飽和狀態,我這邊除了要做事又要做管理的工作,上面的還時
常想做更多東西,譬如要做自動化、新的大案子、舊的案子拉回我們這邊做,有反映希望
補人,但上面認為不急著要加人。
感想:
基於以上工作時都不是特別開心,覺得自己只是一個工程師,剛進來二個月都還沒辦法熟
悉整個產品,就被凹了扛主管,但不給主管權力和主管薪資,想改流程又沒真主管的權力
,但不改流程又會被陰到,走哪都是坑,整個力不從心。
有萌生想換工作,但上份工作做不久,現在找肯定會被質疑怎麼都待不久之類的,甚至薪
水也可能變低。
是否也有人有類似經驗?
