選公司還是選月薪 - 加班

A公司 50K 很固定14個月不多也不少
沒有福利 責任制 破百要很多年
B公司 38K 初期大約20個月之後可能更多,當然一定是沒寫在offer上保證多少
但待的下去肯定破百,有加班費,福利很多
A可能就是常見的傳產RD
B大概就是GG或其他大間的半導體
那鄉民會去哪間
常聽到理論是底薪才是真的,其他都很虛
可是難道有人目標是錢(年薪)還跑去A的嗎?
