金控子公司薪水預發制 - 金融業討論

小妹目前在某金控集團的子公司
擔任電話保險行銷的工作
我一直為某件事情疑惑了好幾個月，
公司薪水發放採預發半個月，
也就是說 我3月初就職，
4/15領薪水領3/2到4/30薪水
5/15領5/1到5/30+四月業績獎金，
我一直想不透，
為什麼要用這樣的發薪方式，用意為何?
可否請專業的大大解釋一下?
