開罵八年級生!傳產富二代PO文引戰

網路論壇「mobile01」有一名網友發文,這篇「活在幸福下的悲哀-台灣八年級生」,原
PO自稱是傳統產業的公司二代,他認為現在的八年級生工作態度差,「到底是出了什麼問
題?」引發熱烈討論。
原PO的文章寫說,「我是一個公司二代,家裡經營著傳統產業,公司現階段營運雖不如過
往好,但從來沒有遲發過薪水和三節禮金,每年都有國外員工旅遊,也從沒有員工超時加
班。因為自己是站在資方,看事情的角度當然也有所不同。曾經面試了幾個八年級生,不
是爽約就是遲到,不然開口閉口就是福利和休假,沒人問過公司未來發展和近期計畫,只
關心公司是否一切照勞基法走,自身權益是否受到侵害。」
他還說,「我可以稍微描述一下員工的現況,上班一定是在鐘響前5分鐘打卡,偶爾會失
誤變紅字,然後被扣個幾塊錢就開始抱怨公車開太慢,紅燈等太久,跟自己太晚起床鐵定
是沒關係。開始上班之後,先大口咬著早餐配上一直讀取的Outlook,事情做完之後開始
上網拍和聊Line,開開心心看著youtube,反正,公司的事情幹嘛要多做?」
他繼續說,「多做多錯,少做少錯,沒做就沒錯!堅持這樣的理念到下班,而且下班鐘響
前一定要去上廁所,因為鐘響完再去上是花到自己的時間。日子久了,偷懶次數多了,開
始抱怨自己這麼賣命的在公司吹冷氣,怎麼老闆都不加薪?開會請他們提出問題都很安靜
,開會結束就私底下亂嫌東嫌西。」
他痛陳,「台灣的八年級生到底是出了什麼問題了?為什麼只想著用最短時間的工時,來
獲取高報酬的薪水,完全忽略台灣早期打拼奠下的基礎,完全是靠努力換取而來的,只會
抱怨著老闆又如何剝削員工,自己又不敢創業,抱著這樣的鴕鳥心態,繼續尋找下一家公
司,又開始重複一樣的循環。」
他最後說,「低薪的世代不是被可望的,我追尋的是有那麼一個員工,可以走進我的辦公
室,丟下一份剛談攏的大訂單,很有自信地,向公司爭取他應有的獎金。希望大家在工作
勞累,疲倦之時,可以時時想著自己第一分工作的初衷和熱情,共勉之。」
這篇不客氣的文章一晚就累積了多達20頁討論,有人直接批判,「你...只是單純站在資
方的角度看事情,而且還是接家業的二代,如果你以後有小孩開始在外上班也變成勞方的
一份子,你才會因疼愛自己的小孩而去關注到勞方的角度,將心比心,你就會知道勞方的
辛苦...文章完全看不出員工哪裡有問題,遲到的該懲處的或本來就是勞工自身權益的該
有都有。業績不如以往,是大環境,是老闆,是制度,是產業的問題,檢討員工業績不會
變好只會越來越差,因為檢討的方向已錯誤。」
