假設單位裡真的有"一顆"老鼠屎好了
再假設長官真的公公平平的打考績
新考績法"兩年"之後自然能把一個人淘汰掉

那兩年之後呢??????????????????????????
==========================================
新考績法號稱可以汰劣
一個單位哪來那麼多劣可以給你汰?
就算再糟糕的單位,老鼠屎頂多兩三顆
這些人走光了以後
是不是要開始連優良的也被迫吃乙?
