關於外派工作待遇? - 工程師

前兩天拿到一間公司外派廣州珠海的工作OFFER
職務是光電研發科 工程師
公司網站上看起來不大
大陸公司名稱珠海華博科技工業有限公司
台灣是發菱科技股份有限公司
試用期薪水 35K
過試用期40K
住員工宿舍包三餐
不過合約裡面沒寫到其他福利(年終分紅三節)
只有上滿3個月特休回台灣7天
工作內容 - LED設計儲備幹部:工作內容從基層做起，辛苦而繁雜，抗壓性不強者不合適。
(看起來就很操)
雖然說不是怕工作辛苦
可是不知道這份工作有沒有發展性
並且外派花費也不清楚
所以請請問一下板上的各位有經驗前輩
能不能分析一下這份工作該不該去呢?
