關於大學生薪資水平? - 面試

雖然這串問的是大學生，但我還是分享一下我同學的例子好了
113資工碩士，現在是清晨看星星的新人，
月薪78k，第一年沒有分紅但是有技術股，
總和下來第一年大概150萬以後每一年多50萬，他跟我說發哥大概170萬。
不過這傢伙平常有點嘴砲，我不知道是他特例還是ic design的薪水都這麼恐怖，
畢竟他資質真的很好，
但小m新人第一年的薪水的確是75k~80k，因為我有去面試，
其中本薪是55k~60k,剩下20k是分兩年給的簽約金，
兩年後你也不會在乎這簽約金了，因為領分紅更爽，
這傢伙天天在跟我說他課長年薪600萬或是他又要繳多少稅，
真的很想扁他。
代價?每天am10:00~pm11:00囉~不過就算是時薪我看也打爆一堆人了
