前兩個星期開始帶一位新人
但該名新人真的很怪
一開始以為這個人不過是不太說話而已
但後來我與我同事都一致認為他態度有點問題
目前都在學非常基礎的東西(印象中之前學長一講我就可以接受的觀念)
一開始教時都會確認是否懂了再往下教,
他總是說沒有問題都懂了
通常一個簡單不過的動作或觀念要教個三四次才會讓他實作
但一做就錯誤連篇
糾正他時他又會生氣
不是跟別人說我沒有教他(同事聽了很傻眼 因為他們在旁邊都聽我教過好幾次了)
不然就是會頂撞 一副我已經懂了不要再說了..
真的昨天我就有點要翻臉了...
態度真的很差
他已經不只一次跟別人說我沒有教他..
我真的很傻眼
不懂就虛心受教就好 居然拿一堆藉口
昨日我幫同事代理
請他幫我同事報結,練習流程
他東西印出來後 直接就打開了休假同事的章準備要蓋時
我看到制止他 說不能蓋 等等我來蓋
他立刻回"我也這麼想"
我真的是無言以對...你剛剛都要蓋下去了 還說你也這麼想...
不知道可不可以蓋就要先問 不是做了又找一堆藉口
我真的對這位仁兄有點心灰意冷....
已經沒辦法用什麼很友善的態度教學了....
講到嘴爛 居然別人一句 她沒教過 就可以讓我所有辛苦都化為灰燼...
說實在我自己的業務就很繁忙了 每天要抽出三分之ㄧ的時間來教他...
但是...這種態度的學生我覺得我根本不需要這樣付出吧....
真想讓他自生自滅...反正有沒有教過 都會被說沒有教...><
難道他看我年紀比較小 好欺負 ?!
學了兩個禮拜的人 連基礎觀念都搞不清楚 不知道它到底怎麼考上的,
重點還不懂愛裝懂....=.=
