關於抽籤如果遲到 - 公職

是這樣的，
下禮拜二關務要抽籤，
因為我是當天早上要搭高鐵上去，
突然想到如果因為高鐵誤點或者不可抗拒之因素導致我趕不上抽籤，
這樣怎辦，
資格會因為這樣遲到就取消了嗎?
或者只要請高鐵開示證明是她們誤點導致的，
就可以彌補....
煩請知道或者有經驗者幫忙解惑一下....thanks~
