關於這樣的job offer - offer

不知道這個問題適不適合在板上問

朋友在美國找到了一個不在同城市的工作

offer 大致如下:

1. Monthly salary: $$
(Please note that I already adjusted up this number
since you will have to relocate.
This is much higher than how we normally pay the locally
hired person).
2. Bonus
3. Relocation package includes:
*Relocation compensation
*One-way airfare ticket
*Temporary accommodation: up to 14 days.
*Housing allowance: $ per month for the first year.

現在的問題是 monthly salary 比原本期待的低了不少
但如果加上housing allowance就跟原本預期的相當了
不過housing allowance只有頭一年會給付
這樣一年後的月薪不就比前一年的少了嗎?
請問這樣的package常見嗎? (我自己沒有relocate的經驗...)

另外對方都表明薪水已經有給得偏高
那麼還適合詢問 試用期後,或是往後加薪的可能嗎?

因為面試官是個比較強勢的人 面試後直接就寄出offer信如上
因此其實並沒有經過任何"談"的過程和機會 (面試主要是筆試和簡單的對話)
請問現在還有談的空間嗎?
該怎麼談比較好呢?
