對於密件的解密
附件抽存後解密 這個附件 歸檔要如何處理?
問了好幾個機關
回答都不一樣..
他是指
1.附件從密件信封取出後 即解密 但歸檔時 附件仍應隨本文一併送歸檔
2.附件由承辦人抽取 並自存 歸檔時 僅須將本文送歸檔
看文書處理條例 比較偏向2 但其他機關前輩認為是1
