資方某甲與勞方某乙約定
雙周工作時數為84小時
但因周末已彈性調整為休假日未上班
所累積之應上班未上班時數每雙周4小時
將由年度特休中抵扣
故特休會被扣除13天
扣到零不倒扣
上開約定的適法性如何
勞方若不服此約定
應如何主張權益?
