由於離職原因是因為和組長個性不和。所以沒兩個月就離開了。
早上接到離職公司人資經理來電,
她原本還硬要我賠償違約金,
直到我搬出勞基法規定,未滿試用期不需賠償違約金才罷休。
後來HR小姐就關心的問候我近況,問說接下來要去哪工作呢?
在我告訴她之後,
她立馬說:那我知道了,我一定會跟她們說。
你最好小心點。
……幸福企業的人資經理這樣講出帶有恐嚇意味的話是可以的嗎?
