離職與報到(勞健保)問題 - 人資

各位好,想請教的是
我於這禮拜五想離開原公司 下禮拜一到新公司報到
原公司主管原則上同意我禮拜五離開,流程在禮拜五前可以跑完
但原公司的人事規定確在我下禮拜五才能夠拿到健保轉出單跟離職證明
(因為須事前兩個禮拜提離職)
(原公司的健保轉出單跟離職證明日期都是下禮拜五)
如此的話,我要下禮拜一直接到新公司,到時候是以雙重投保的情況
還是新公司的勞健保會踢掉原公司的勞健保呢?
或是只要新公司同意我事後再補離職證明跟健保轉出單即可? 我不需要擔心
勞健保重複問題?
請各位人資大大回答小弟的疑惑.....@@
