非營利組織是否比較難申請h1b - 海外工作

應該是相反吧,非營利沒有名額限制,所以比較不怕申請不到

據友人相關回應是 1.沒經費 2.只做合法的事要辦就會付

3.更多美國人也要這工作 即便實習生一兩年也可以但你不行

所以外籍學生opt不夠實習一兩年又沒身份繼續待+ org沒錢

It depends. My previous company is a non-profit org

based in DC. They do H1b sponsorship by express

process. I would say it depends on whether your skill
set is in demand.

also, the salary is comparable to the private section

(they try to go beyond the market standard)

it does not matter if it is non-profit or for profit

if they want to sponsor you, they will.
